Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Runway360 website, mobile applications, accounts, reservations, memberships, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DFW Runway 360 Business Center ("Runway360," "we," "us," or "our"). Runway360 is located at 2222 S Service Road #2200, DFW Airport, TX 76039, United States.

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, making a reservation, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, purchase a membership, or enter into a reservation. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at member@dfwrunway360.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may verify email addresses, decline registration, suspend accounts, or require additional information to prevent fraud, protect the Services, or comply with law.

Runway360 may offer executive offices, conference rooms, parking, VIP lounge access, memberships, transportation-related requests, and other services. Availability, descriptions, images, pricing, hours, amenities, and other details may change without notice. A reservation is not complete until Runway360 or its payment provider confirms it.

You must provide accurate reservation and flight information and follow instructions provided by Runway360 staff. You are responsible for your guests and for ensuring that each guest follows applicable facility rules. Runway360 may deny access or cancel a reservation when information is inaccurate, a safety or security concern exists, a user violates these Terms, or the facility cannot provide the reserved service.

Membership plans, prices, benefits, guest allowances, access periods, and restrictions are shown at purchase or communicated by Runway360. Membership access is personal to the member unless a benefit expressly permits guests. Membership benefits may be subject to availability, advance notice, identification, facility rules, and blackout or capacity limits.

Do not share account credentials or transfer membership access without our written approval. We may suspend or terminate membership benefits for fraud, misuse, nonpayment, unsafe conduct, or material violation of these Terms. Suspension or termination does not eliminate amounts already owed or obligations that by their nature should continue.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. You authorize Runway360 and its payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for approved purchases, subscriptions, taxes, fees, and other amounts disclosed at checkout. You must provide current and accurate billing information.

Payments may be processed by Authorize.Net or another third-party payment processor. The processor may apply its own terms and privacy policy. Runway360 does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or CVV codes on its own systems.

Refunds, cancellations, credits, and rescheduling are governed by the terms shown at checkout, in your confirmation, or in the applicable service instructions. If no separate policy is provided, contact member@dfwrunway360.com promptly. Any refund is returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. We may refuse duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent refund requests.

While using Runway360 facilities or Services, you agree to:

• Follow posted rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, access procedures, and applicable laws.
• Use offices, lounge areas, parking spaces, equipment, networks, and amenities only for their intended purposes.
• Respect other guests, members, employees, tenants, vendors, and property.
• Not engage in harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, unlawful activity, disruptive conduct, or conduct that creates a safety or security risk.
• Not damage, remove, misuse, tamper with, or interfere with facilities, equipment, security systems, networks, or other users' property.
• Not bring prohibited items or use the Services to store hazardous, illegal, or unauthorized materials.

You may not:

• Use the Services in violation of law, these Terms, or another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, or interfere with system availability.
• Scrape, copy, republish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law does not permit restriction.
• Use another person's account, impersonate a person or business, submit false information, or manipulate reservations, reviews, payments, or promotions.
• Use automated means to access the Services in a way that burdens or disrupts our systems.

The Services and their content, including names, logos, designs, text, photographs, software, graphics, and compilations, are owned by Runway360 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or authorized business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, photographs, or other content, you grant Runway360 a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your submission does not violate law or another person's rights.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment, mapping, email, hosting, authentication, analytics, and communication providers. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Runway360 is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, or acts or omissions. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to additional terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Runway360 disclaims warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that facilities or amenities will always be available, or that the Services will meet every expectation.

Information on the Services is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, medical, aviation, or security advice. Facility access and services remain subject to operational, safety, weather, airport, building, and other conditions outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runway360 and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the Services or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Runway360 for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, or $100. These limitations do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal-injury claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Runway360 and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, vendors, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your content, your conduct, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account, membership, reservation, or access to any part of the Services at any time when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, systems, or our business, enforce these Terms, investigate suspected misuse, address nonpayment, or comply with law. You may stop using the Services and request account closure by contacting us. Provisions concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive will continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at member@dfwrunway360.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute. Subject to applicable law, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to that court's jurisdiction and venue.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking emergency equitable relief, pursuing a claim in small-claims court where eligible, or exercising a non-waivable right under applicable law. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
