Runway360 is located in Texas and provides services in the United States. This policy applies to information collected through our website, mobile applications, email communications, and related services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact and account information, such as name, email address, telephone number, login credentials, and account preferences.

- Create and maintain your account, authenticate you, and provide customer support.
- Process memberships, reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and related transactions.
- Send transactional messages, including account, verification, reservation, payment, and service notifications.

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and other unlawful activity.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Runway360, our customers, and others.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure accounts, understand site performance, and improve the user experience. Some technologies are essential to provide requested services and cannot be disabled through the site without affecting functionality.
Your browser or device may provide controls for blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking cookies may prevent login, reservations, payments, or other features from working correctly. If we use optional analytics or advertising technologies, those technologies may provide their own opt-out controls.
5. How We Share Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers that help us host the site, operate databases, deliver email, process payments, provide analytics, secure systems, prevent fraud, or support customer service. These providers may use information only as needed to provide services to us.
- Business partners or facility personnel when needed to fulfill a reservation, membership, lounge request, transportation request, or other service you request.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal authorities when reasonably necessary for their services or our legal obligations.
- Business-transfer recipients in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- Government authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Other parties with your direction or consent.
6. Payment Information
Membership and other payments may be processed by Authorize.Net or another payment processor identified at checkout. Payment information is transmitted directly to the payment processor or through its approved tokenization tools where available. We receive transaction results and identifiers needed to provide services, reconcile payments, handle refunds, and respond to support requests.
Payment processors maintain their own privacy policies and terms. Review those policies before submitting payment information. Never send card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes by email or through an unapproved form.
7. Email Communications
We use email providers, including Resend or a comparable provider, to deliver account verification, password-reset, reservation, membership, payment, and service messages. Email providers may process recipient addresses, message metadata, and delivery information to send and monitor messages.
If you receive a marketing email from us, use its unsubscribe link or contact us at member@dfwrunway360.com. Account-security and transaction messages are not marketing and may continue while you maintain an account or transaction relationship with us.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it subject to technical and legal limitations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, storage system, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your password, use a unique password, and contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may update certain account information by signing in or contacting us. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and exceptions. Residents of California may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment. Residents of other states may have rights under their applicable state privacy laws, including laws that apply in Texas. We will process verified requests according to the law that applies to the requesting person and our role in processing the information.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it when appropriate. If applicable law requires a higher minimum age, that age applies.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may contain links to third-party websites, maps, payment pages, social platforms, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
